AOPA MEMBER: Fall 2026 AOPA and IIOP Business Certificate Program: Management

The Management Course is the second course to be completed in the AOPA and IIOP Business Certificate Program. 

This course focuses on the management and leadership skills required to effectively lead teams in prosthetics and orthotic settings. Participants will explore how organizational structure, communication, performance management, and culture influence both staff enagagement and patient care. The course progresses from foundational management concepts to advanced leadership strategies, including change management and succession planning, preparing participanmts to lead in complex healthcare environments. 

If you fail to complete the course in the assigned time period then an "incomplete" will be administered and you will have to re-enroll to complete the course again.
